Iran Nippon Company was Formed in 1973 with the Partnership of National Iranian Petrochemical Company and the Japanies Group of Mitsubishi and Nishioiwai . The Contract of PA and DOP was Signed on Dec. 1973 between NPC of Iran and Mitsubishi Heavy Industry of Japan. Iran- Nippon is Located at Bandar Imam Khomeini District. The Main Purpose in Establishment of Farabi Petrochemical Company to Produce DOP as well as PA to Supply the Requirements of Raw Materials to Plastic and Paint Industries and Similar Manufacturing Industrial Companies.
